It’s in my blood. I remember walking around in my grandfather’s factory from a young age.

That early exposure turned into a career. I have spent the last decade working across 150+ manufacturing facilities throughout North America, from the plant floor to the boardroom. My background spans engineering, continuous improvement, frontline coaching, and enterprise technology sales, with over 150 technology deployments and 50 solution identification walkthroughs alongside site and executive leadership teams.

I specialize in connected worker platforms and manufacturing technology, helping Food, Beverage, and CPG manufacturers identify the right solutions, build a compelling business case, and drive adoption that sticks. I have worked with companies ranging from regional manufacturers to Fortune 2000 enterprises, and what I have learned is that the technology is rarely the hard part. Getting people to believe in it and use it is.

As Chapter Lead for the Michigan Manufacturing Collective, I bring together operational leaders across West Michigan to share best practices, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen the manufacturing community we are all a part of.
