It’s in my blood. I remember walking around in my Grandfather’s Factory from a young age. 

Since then, I’ve observed and worked across more than 240 manufacturing facilities throughout North America. My background includes engineering, continuous improvement, frontline coaching, sales, over +150 technology deployments and +50 solution identification walk throughs with site or executive leadership. 

At Formic, I focus on automation in the food and beverage industry, helping manufacturers increase throughput, reduce labor constraints, and scale with confidence.

As Chapter Lead for the Michigan Manufacturing Collective, my goal is bringing together a range of operational leaders to share best practices, drive continuous improvement, and support the resurgence of American manufacturing.
